When you have an appointment with our office, we reserve a treatment room specifically for you and assign a team member to care for you during your visit with us. Consequently, it is imperative that you arrive promptly for your reservation and do not cancel or reschedule your reservation unless it is a true emergency.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancelling or missing your appointment is not only harmful to your health, but it also has a detrimental effect on our team members and our business. Therefore, we must charge for all cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment. Cancellations may only be made by a front office team member during regularly scheduled business hours.
We simply ask that you respectfully keep your appointments as scheduled and only reschedule if it is an emergency.
